WHITE WINES

Chardonnay

Rich, mouth filling with a hint of oak and  citrus finish.  The perfect compliment to seafood.

Wabamin (Niagara Grape)

Translation is "White Berry."  S-dry wine with a hint of grapes.  Great with seafood and pasta. 

 

Riesling

Wonderful notes of Peaches and Apricots.  This wine is excellent with seafood and chocolates.

RED WINES

Cabernet Sauvignon

Impressive structure.  Medium bodied, displaying rich and elegant flavors, with a rich finish.  Wonderful with beef, pork or lamb.

Cabernet Franc

Medium bodied, displaying a bold aroma with flavors of cherry and notes of plum.  Enjoy with beef, but try it with couscous.

 

Merlot

This medium bodied, deep scarlet colored wine feels soft on the palate with a surprise finish.  Excellent with pasta, beef, lamb, pork, and poultry.

Chambourcin

Full body, delightful plums with hints of chocolate.

Miskwamin (Blue Concord)

Translation means "Red Berry."  Intense flavor of Blue Concord,  full-bodied.  Best served with pasta, beef or lamb.
